Launched early last year with comprehensive updates, the new dose of updates on the bike are restricted to subtle engine changes. This is primarily to make the engine comply with the new norms. Just so you know the BS-IV compliant fuel will be available at pumps throughout India effective April 1, 2017.
Based on the RTR platform, the bike takes design inspiration from the RTR 160 and RTR 180 models with new headlamp cluster, split-seats, clip-on-handlebars, fuel tank extension and exhaust with twin mufflers giving an aggressive look. Power on the Apache RTR 200 4V comes from the 197.75cc, SOHC, four cylinder engine putting out power in two tunes for the carburetted and fuel-injected variants.
