For 2017, the car might receive a touchscreen infotainment system with Bluetooth and navigation system. In order to improve safety levels of the vehicle, Nissan might introduce passenger-side airbag as standard fitment on the XE and XL grades.

As mentioned in the beginning, the engine setup for the new Nissan Terrano 2017 will be the same – 1.6-litre, 4-cylinder petrol and 1.5-litre dCi diesel. The petrol motor makes power worth 102.5bhp against 145Nm of torque. The diesel motor, on the other hand, is tuned to generate two power outputs – 83.8bhp and 108.5bhp with 200Nm and 248Nm respectively.
